Mr. Winn has over 30 years of senior sales, marketing and operations experience with significant leadership results in several healthcare product sectors, including surgical and diagnostic equipment, surgical implants, surgical devices, consumables, custom packs and HIT solutions.  Tripp has worked with several diverse healthcare companies including Acuson, CooperVision Surgical, Siemens Medical, SensorRx, PatientSecure and American Hospital Supply.  Mr. Winn’s entrepreneurial and creative leadership style developed as his career advanced from sales representative to sales, marketing and operations management leadership roles at the regional, zone and national levels.
